  Our 100% Organic Elderberry Syrup is a tasty herbal cordial made to a traditional recipe.

  Absolutely delicious, enjoy drizzled over porridge or cereal, added to water or fruit juice, the choice is all yours.
• How to use

  Suitable for adults and children over 12 months of age.

  Recommended Intake:

  Dilute two teaspoons (10ml) in 100ml-250ml of water to taste, twice daily.
  Children age 1-12 5ml in 100ml-250ml of water to taste, twice daily.

  Cautions:

  Not a substitute for a varied and healthy diet. Not intended for use by persons under the age of 12 months. Do not exceed the stated dose. If under medical supervision, consult a doctor before use.
