I want to leave as little harmful trace of my living on this planet as possible and so do what I can to re-use and recycle, live chemical free, and where possible plastic free too. Reducing waste and unnecessary materials is a great way to begin and ensuring that products I use and promote are ethical in manufacture, and certainly not harming humans, animals or planet.
I have lived and worked in the UK and Zambia as well as travelling for joy and work. Whilst I still love to travel, the economical and environmental impact is crucial to me now to live as low carbon as possible so UK adventures are most likely to be our playground (also thanks to COVID for highlighting how amazing the UK is!).
Nature paves our way forward so move forward with me to save our planet and make our mental and physical health and wellbeing naturally beautiful.
