• How to use

  Just add water and a few drops of your favourite essential oils and aromatherapy blends.

  Warning

  We advise you to empty and rinse the water tank of your diffuser and wipe it dry with a clean cloth every time you use a different type of essential oil. This is because essential oils, especially citrus oils*, may cause damage to the disc if left in the water tank. This type of damage is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.

  *Essential oils to take care with are: Bergamot, Citronella, Grapefruit, Lemon, Lime, Mandarin, Neroli, Orange, Eucalyptus Lemon, Petitgrain, Lemongrass and Melissa. All our Aromatherapy Blends contain citrus except for De-Stress and Vitality.

  Safety information
  Our new and improved LIV USB Aroma Diffuser has been upgraded and fitted with a waterproof connection to resolve an issue found during a test review. It was noted that if the LIV USB Aroma Diffuser was left on for a long period of time, there was a possibility of condensation building at the connection point, which in turn could cause the diffuser to short circuit. Therefore, all new LIV USB Aroma Diffusers under the Neal’s Yard Remedies brand have been fitted with a waterproof connection that has been fully tested by an independent testing house. We are fully satisfied that this action has resolved the possible connection point issue.

• Packaging & recycling

  Diffuser: Please dispose of with other electronics at your household waste recycling centre or bring your old diffuser back into store when purchasing a new diffuser and we'll recycle this for you under the Waste Electric and Electronic Equipment Directive.

  Bag: Made with organic cotton (outer and lining), designed for reuse. Hand wash and allow to dry naturally as necessary. When ready to recycle, add to a textile recycling collection point.
