Prior to 2008 I had worked as a Town and Transport Planner, I needed a change of direction. I had always been passionate about reaching solutions which provided the best balance for places and people. However, development in itself often only scratches the surface of health and well-being, so I started to look into complementary health for a more holistic way of living.

I always loved Neal’s Yard products already back then, but didn’t realise just how high quality they were and what professional skill and love goes into making them.

First I studied Introduction to Aromatherapy and Bach Flower Remedy Practitioner Course with Neal’s Yard in 2007 & 2008. Continuing on to study, Shamanic Practice; Meditation and Crystal Therapy; Reiki Drummer and Master; and Diploma in Spiritual Counselling. I now work as a Holistic Counsellor offering conventional counselling space with energetic healing interventions.

I firmly believe that both the physical as well as the emotional and non-physical need to be supported and work in harmony for a healthy happy life.
