The Bridge Retreat is owned and run solely by myself, Lucy Knight. I have been running my Holistic Therapy business since 2009 from a purpose built studio within the grounds of my home in Hampshire.

I began my training as a massage therapist when my first child was born in 2008 as I wanted to change my career and make my job work around my new growing family.

I offer a range of holistic therapies, from Massage, Organic Facials, Reflexology and Pregnancy Treatments utilising Neal's Yard Remedies within all my treatments.

I am very fortunate to have gained many wonderful repeat clients over the years and gain lots of new ones along the way,
