I run a global Sacred Embodiment Academy which is a teaching temple for soul-led individuals to reconnect with the wisdom of their bodies, master their energetic presence, and align with their spiritual truth through intentional practices, education, and healing.
This is done through teaching programmes and retreats.
I am based in the Highlands of Scotland and have been training teams of Independent Consultants for 15 years in the UK, Eire, France and Germany. I have worked as a holistic therapist running my own clinic previously at Neal’s Yard Remedies, St Albans, I teach Reiki, Meditation, Crystal Healing, Munay~Ki, Bellydance and Burlesque. I love using Neal's Yard Remedies products with my clients. Seeing people invest in themselves results in them happier with improved-health which is very rewarding. I offer bodywork, sound therapy, meditation, healing ceremonies, breath-work, mantra, movement, womb healing and readings.
