Hi, my name is Abi and I run a massage practice in Cheltenham as well as being a Neal’s Yard Remedies Independent Consultant.

I work part-time to fit around my young family and my key aim is to encourage people to take time out of their busy lives to look after themselves. This may be by visiting my practice for a massage or by using some Neal’s Yard products from the comfort of your own home. Neal’s Yard also has lots of amazing gift options.

A small amount of self-care can be so beneficial for us both mentally and physically but we often find it hard to justify finding the time and the finances.

As a busy Mum of two my daily treats include using one of Neal’s Yard luxurious shower gels in the morning to revive myself and at bedtime I try to spend 5 minutes giving myself a mini facial. My favourite products are the Wild Rose Beauty Balm, any of Neal's Yards serums and the Frankincense Intense moisturisers. I also use a lot of hand cream as I am constantly washing my hands at work. All of the Neal's Yard hand products are fantastic but if I had to pick one, I would recommend the Frankincense Intense Hand Serum. This restorative, high quality serum has made my hands look years younger!
