I am a complementary therapist and yoga teacher with my own studio / therapy room in Wye near Ashford in Kent.

I use gorgeous products from Neal's Yard Remedies in my reflexology and facial reflexology treatments, and run regular wellbeing workshops which feature a mixture of yoga and self-help techniques drawn from reflexology and Jin Shin Jyutsu, alongside appropriate products from NYR Organic.

NYR Organic products are available to purchase at the studio or to order via this website or from me directly. I also offer workshops, 1 to 1 consultations and borrow baskets to 'try before you buy'.
