Hi,

I'm Amelia Critchlow. Artist, Theta Healer and mother of two.

Most of my life I've been 'allergic' to skin care products and in latter years intolerant to many foods. After being told years ago I was 'allergic' to the Sun (?!) I finally figured out it was in fact a combination of not-so-good foods & chemical infused skin products.

In 2010 I changed to a health, organic diet (wherever possible) and switched to a fully organic skin care regime with NYR Organic and experienced my first Summer under a hot sun without getting a heat rash!
