I am a qualified and insured complementary therapist, and the aim with my home-grown business is to help my clients achieve the pattern of good health, for each as an individual. It is a joy to be gifted with the trust of my clients whom allow me to help enhance their well-being, and to help manage a range of health conditions.

I practice body massage, aromatherapy, Indian head massage, reflexology, lymphatic drainage reflexology (RLD) and mindfulness. I am qualified to provide therapies for people with life limiting conditions.

I live in the hills of Dumbarton, Scotland, with my husband Gary, and our dog Dexter.
