I offer courses to new parents in Baby and Child First Aid, Weaning and Baby Massage, online, at Baby Steps HQ and in your home.

I am on a mission to help Mummies find a few minutes for themselves everyday, no matter how little time they have. I offer online Relaxation Coffee Mornings and Evenings. We unwind with some relaxation exercises, discuss ideas to help you relax which take just 5 mins and enjoy some well deserved pampering with the goodies I will send to you.
