My name is Bernadette I believe in the importance of a healthy diet and lifestyle this reflects my passion as a holistic therapist. I have been a therapist for over 18 years and have worked for myself, for osteopaths, in clinics for Neals Yard Remedies Therapy rooms and in 5* spas. My love of natural ethical products that treat our bodies wonderfully has led me to use Neals Yard Remedies on my clients and at home. I love hosting online zoom workshops where you, your friends and family get to interact with some lovely products that you will receive prior to the event and generally feel more relaxed and uplifted. You also get a lovely free host gift and the chance to get your products for free when other people purchase following a workshop.
