I am a fully qualified naturopathic nutritional therapist, naturopath and iridologist. A member of the General Naturopathic Council (GNC) and a founder member and Chair of the Naturopathic Nutrition Association (NNA).
I am passionate about the importance of good nutrition and sharing this knowledge with my clients. But I also recognise that holistically, what we “feed” our skin can play a part in our health and well-being too.
This is why I have chosen to become a Neal’s Yard Remedies Consultant. The products are extremely pure and organic without synthetic chemical nasties such as parabens and mineral oils. This allows the skin to perform its vital functions optimally, from keeping out bacteria and other pathogens; to helping with elimination of toxins.
The company was the first in the UK to achieve Soil Association certification for organic non-food items and is still leading the way in ecological, organic and sustainable beauty.
