I am based in Yorkshire but I support and work with consultants all over the UK & Ireland.

Alongside my NYR leadership role, I work part-time as a holistic therapist and run my own business specialising in women's therapies and divine NYR holistic bespoke facials. In my previous career I was a nurse and health visitor and combining my NYR work with my therapies means I can continue to promote well-being but now through healing massage and organic, ethical living.

I am also mum to my 12 and 10 year old daughters so I understand juggling many balls!
