I'm Cathy and am interested in all things to do with Wellbeing and Self Care. I am a registered osteopath and also a complimentary health practitioner. I have used NYR myself for many years as I love the ethos of the company and the organic nature of the products.

I have recently added to my treatment portfolio doing Quantume Buccal Facials and Jaw/TMJ relaxation massages and after trying a number of products and getting feedback from clients, NYR came out as the clear winner.

Some of my clients wanted to use the same products I was using at home, so I have decided to become a consultant so I can offer them the opportunity to purchase products without the hassle of haveing to visit a store or wait in for a home delivery.
