I discovered Neal's Yard Remedies Organic products in 2017, whilst I was researching skincare and essential oils that could help with symptoms/issues experienced in menopause. I am delighted to say that the products have helped me immensely and I have learned so much too about ingredients in personal care products and how they can affect the body and mind.
