In my work as a fitness and wellness coach, I’ve become increasingly aware that what I put IN my body and ON my body makes a huge difference to how I feel, how my body ages and how well I am. I now try to avoid any products or supplements that are not 100% made with natural plant based ingredients. I wanted organic products too, so that no pesticides and hence synthetic oestrogen is being added to my body to disrupt my hormones. Since becoming a consultant for NYR I've just fallen in love with this company and their products.

I am now going to be swapping all my families beauty products to be theirs, including my essential oils, shower gels, shampoos and all my face creams. I give way too much of my money to companies who are greedy and don’t treat the world and people in it as it should be treated.

So I am genuinely proud to say that I am now a Neal’s Yard Remedies consultant.
