Hello and welcome to my NYR Organic website.

My name is Helen Im married to Dave with 3 grown up children.

I first started to enjoy Aromatherapy when my children were small. Then Sam, my daughter, started to study & train with Aromatherapy and Massage. Having learnt how essentail oils can benefit us, I knew I couldn't live with out them.

I undertook my initial training in 2010 with Vitality Holistic Therapy in Back, Neck and Shoulder Massage, Hand/Foot care, including Facials and I came to love the way our emotional, physical & phyological health can be helped, so continued to study and train independently to do Indian Head Massage, and began my training in Reflexology.

I love doing pamper parties alongside facial workshops, and supporting Mommy & Baby Groups
