I am a Specialist Yoga teacher with a background in Beauty Therapy and Complementary Therapies. I have a passion for all things alternative and run workshops in Crystal and Colour Healing as well as Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Mindfulness, Meditation and Stress Management.
Life is all about timing and synchronicity. I was first approached by a Neals Yard consultant back in the Spring of 2009, but my Dad was very ill, and the time was not right for me.
Fast forward to July 2013, when my best friends’ daughter re-introduced me to the amazing Aromatic world of Neals Yard Remedies Organics, and this time I finally embarked on a transformative journey filled with Fragrance, Fun, Friendship, Fortune, and Flexible working.
Using the fab products is like a healing aromatherapy experience every day. Coupled with all the health supplements it has become a way of life. I also use the products in my treatments and workshops, and my pregnancy yoga students love them as well, knowing they are giving their children the best start in life from the womb to the world. I love the philosophy of the company and opportunity that NRYO affords.
I live by the motto - ‘Be the change you want to see in the world.’
