Exploring essential oils and their benefits,looking after our minds & senses as well as our bodies and skin-often with a mini facial, hand or foot pamper- in person or online. It's a privilege to facilitate that bit of wellbeing and self-care with a good dose of fun, all whilst sharing useful tips we all need right now... a moment to pause, and breathe.
