A little bit about me . . . .
I am a registered nurse and practicing yogi who is passionate the environment. Along side my nursing education I have been lucky enough to have the opportunity to study homeopathy, reiki, person centred counselling and cognitive behavioural therapy. A strong advocate for self-care I believe that what is good for the body is good for the soul and good for the planet.

I have always been a militant recycler and in more recent years I have become more and more aware of the environmental impact of our food industry, both in terms of farming, packaging and personal health, and I now follow mostly plant based organic diet (with the odd bacon sandwich thrown in for good measure!)

I have long been a fan of the Neal's Yard Remedy Organics range of products due to the unbelievable quality, and they are the obvious first choice for the ethically conscious beauty consumer.
