Hello, I'm Lizzy a holistic therapist with over 12 years experience within the holistic field. My main role is providing the following relaxing and balancing treatments: Swedish Massage, Reflexology, Reiki, pregnancy massage, Ayuervedic Indian head massage, seated massage, Tsuboki Japanese face massage and Hopi ear candling.

Aromatherapy combines and works well incorporated with all the above treatments and I have always loved the gorgeous smells and good quality of Neals Yard products as well as their sustainable and highly ethical business approach, so I decided it would be a great side line for me and have become a consultant.
