Before becoming a reflexologist, I studied and taught conservation and ecology. This gave me a deep sense of how energy flows through food webs and balances in nutrient cycles. This instilled in me how important using products that are ethically sourced and sustainable managed.

I find that Neal's Yard Remedies are fantastic in my holistic treatments, but also support my ethical standpoint and my concern for the natural world.
