For many years I have enjoyed Neal’s Yard products and I am happy to now use them in my Practice, feeling reassured that the products are safe and organic.

My Indian heritage has an influence on my practice. Massage and scents are used extensively from birth through to the end of life. When living in India, there were always the smells of Neem, sandalwood, Rose, Jasmine filling the air, and our home with incense sticks and scented burners.

Whether you seek a moment of relaxation, self-care, or support for an existing condition, I am here to provide you with relaxation, re-balancing, and overall well-being. I work with either your feet or hands, whichever you prefer. My holistic approach ensures a specially tailored reflexology treatment just for you. I am a fully qualified level 5 Clinically trained Reflexologist.
