I am a Reflexologist and Consultant for Neal's Yard Remedies based in Aberystwyth.

The infamous blue bottles have been dotted around our home for many years and I am now pleased to incorporate their use in my treatments. I have a passion for using natural, organic, ethical products to compliment the holistic approach to health and wellbeing.
