Hi, my name is Sarah and I live in Cleethorpes, N E Lincolnshire. I love living on the coast with the fresh air and open skies!

I began my beauty journey 1994 when I trained as a Beauty Therapist. I went on to complete my Aromatherapy and Reflexology training before working in a hotel Spa.

In 2005 I decided to work for myself and set up 'Essential Therapies'. I have a huge passion for offering Holistic Wellness Treatments, skincare products and I love all things aromatherapy based.

I have a home based Therapy Studio and have recently set up a Therapy Training Academy to share my skills with budding Holistic Therapists.

I have been looking for high quality organic product packed full of essentials oils to use in my 'Therapy Studio' and am excited to be starting my blue bottle journey with Neal's Yard .
