I'm a SE Londoner mum of two and trying to live a cleaner, healthier life everyday after being diagnosed with a (thankfully) benign pineocytoma in my brain in 2016, and 5 eye operations since!

NYRO has been a big part of healing, both in helping me live more organically, and by helping me regain control over my lifestyle by running my own business in a way I can manage around my illness. What started as an interest in the products has grown into an ethical addiction and something which I love sharing and introducing others to.
