I'm a yoga teacher and owner of Three Towns Yoga, a dedicated yoga space in Saltcoats. I've been inspired by nature my whole life. It's been at the centre of my work as an artist and photographer, and my studies of Ayurveda.

There is so much beauty and wealth in nature that can help improve our wellbeing and just help us feel a whole lot better. Choosing organic when and where we can helps protect and nurture the natural environment. That's why I love Neal's Yard and everything they stand for. They really do tread lightly on the earth, giving back to the environment and people that make their products possible.
