In 2008/9 I trained with WellMother to learn about pregnancy and birth and offer treatments to help assist mother and baby for a calm and active birth what ever the birth plan. As an antenatal teacher, I hosted 4 pregnancy yoga style classes a week and currently offer 1-2-1’s and couples workshops where we learn breathing, movement and relaxtion, birth holds, positions, partner massage & bonding.
