Hello, I’m Theresa from love authentic me ,Tree heart art design authentic , and nature fan love live lead— a Qigong trainer, therapeutic art life coach, and passionate advocate for holistic living and sustainability. My journey blends movement, creativity, and mindful self-care — all rooted in a deep love for the natural world is fuse of areas of my life (and my eight magical spotty cats!). 🌿
As a vegan and long-time wellness practitioner, I believe in living in harmony with the Earth and nurturing both body and spirit. I share this through my YouTube channel, home to a growing library of meditations, Qigong practices, and gentle self-healing tools.
With a background in art Textiles degree and therapeutic art life coach I bring creativity and compassion into everything I do from helping others reconnect with their energy and inner peace, to choosing ethical, plant-based, and sustainable products that support true wellbeing for people, animals, and the planet. 💙
