Victoria Hart

*Hello & welcome to my site!*

My name is Victoria and I run my own business in Pershore; Victoria Hart Therapies BA (Hons).

I have studied & practised Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Reiki & Swedish massage for just shy of 20 years, not bad for being in my early 30's!

I love all things health and wellness, nature & equilibrium, I like to say I am a conscious consumer, hence why I decided to become a Neals Yard Organic Consultant. I admire their Ethos & Ethics and love the fact that they are the World's first Health & Beauty company to be awarded 100/100 by the Ethical Company Organisation, as well as being certified with the Soil Association that guarantee NYR products contain the highest levels of certified organic ingredients.

I also work in the NHS in Occupational Therapy on the Acute Stroke Ward which keeps me on my toes and to which I am the Wellbeing Co-ordinator for my team.

In my spare time I love spending time with my family & friends, my guinea pigs, walking - I am a member of the National Trust, reading, listening to music, being outdoors- even if it's just in the garden pottering about, and food!
